Bergamot is known and used worldwide for the fragrance of its essential oils.
It's a warm-weather citrus fruit whose small, round berries are very similar in shape to pears.

Using advice
Infusion: For its soothing, relaxing properties. It also has detoxifying properties.
Mix 3 to 4 drops in a liter of lukewarm, not boiling, water. Water that is too hot will tend to evaporate the essential oil too quickly, and may also degrade the essential oil and its components, making it less effective. It's important to dilute the essential oil in honey or on a lump of sugar, which you can then add to the warm water to unify the mixture. Once prepared, you can enjoy your infusion for a moment of relaxation, at any time of day.
Atmospheric diffusion: To purify and purify the atmosphere in your home, but also to create a floral ambience and perfume a room.
Depending on the diffuser and the size of the room, pour in between 5 and 30 drops, and leave to diffuse for 30 minutes for a large room and around 15 minutes for a bedroom. In all cases, follow the instructions for the device used.
Cosmetics: Bergamot essential oil is used in cosmetics to soothe problem skin and dermatitis, and is also beneficial for massage.
Bergamot essential oil is best diluted in a rich vegetable oil for a soothing, relaxing massage. Pour 4 drops of essential oil into 1 teaspoon of the vegetable oil of your choice and gently massage into the area concerned. Depending on the problem, massage the solar plexus, stomach, lower abdomen or lumbar region.
