Cistus is a 1 to 2-meter-high Mediterranean shrub with beautiful white flowers with yellow and pink centers.

They produce a thin film of resin (labdanum) on the underside of their leaves to protect them from drought.

Mix 3 to 4 drops in a liter of lukewarm, not boiling, water. It's important to dilute the essential oil in honey or on a lump of sugar, which you can then add to the warm water to unify the mixture. Once prepared, you can enjoy your infusion for a moment of relaxation, at any time of day.

Depending on the diffuser and the size of the room, pour in between 5 and 30 drops, and leave to diffuse for 30 minutes for a large room and around 15 minutes for a bedroom. In all cases, follow the instructions for the device used.
