Clary Sage is a large herbaceous plant measuring between 50cm and 1m50.

Salvia sclarea (clary sage) oil, linalool*, limonene*, geraniol*.

To do this, mix 3 to 4 drops in a litre of lukewarm, not boiling, water. Water that is too hot will tend to evaporate the essential oil too quickly and may also break down the essential oil and its constituents, making it less effective. It's important to dilute the essential oil in honey or on a lump of sugar, which you can then add to the warm water to make the mixture more uniform. Once prepared, you can enjoy your infusion for a moment of relaxation at any time of day.

Depending on the diffuser and the size of the room, add between 5 and 30 drops, and leave to diffuse for 30 minutes for a large room and around 15 minutes for a bedroom. In all cases, follow the instructions for the device you are using.

Cosmetics: In cosmetics, Sage essential oil can be used to treat problems such as heavy legs, cellulite and water retention.

Sclarea Sage essential oil is used very diluted in a rich vegetable oil for a draining and invigorating massage. Pour 4 drops of essential oil into 1 teaspoon of the vegetable oil of your choice and gently massage into the area concerned.
